Director/CEO
Chartered Account qualified since 1978, fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan ICAP. He has a diverse experience of different jobs in various capacities in finance, audit and taxation in local industry and multinationals. His job career spanned over 20 years.
He possess an experience of capital markets of more than 40 years as investor, more than 10 years as individual active member of the P S X (formally Karachi Stock Exchange) and more than 17 years experience as CEO and nominee director of M/s Irfan Mazhar Securities Pvt ltd. As member of the KSE earlier he has also been on various committees of the exchange such as the voluntary delisting committee, etc during past many years.

Graduate of Economics from Lahore University of Management LUMS, year 2002-2003. He is working with this company since February 2003.He was promoted as Director on February 22, 2006 and inducted on the Board of Directors of the company and serving to date in capacity as director on company’s board. His designation in company is head of operations with additional charge as chief financial officer.
He poses a vast experience as investor and securities market participant of more than 14 years and as director of a brokerage of more than 10 years

She is the spouse of Mr. Irfan Mazhar and a director and shareholder in the company. She is the director of the company since its inception in 2001 and is holding the office of company secretary.
She holds a vast experience of capital markets of more than 15 year as investor and market participant.
